Ashland Police Division Officers called last night, around 9pm, after Marco's Pizza delivery driver claimed that a male on 7th Street became verbally abusive.

According to a Police report, the Pizza delivery driver claimed that while delivering a pizza, the male got verbally abusive towards the delivery driver, and attempted to grab the driver’s arm.

The Police report went on to say, the exchanged of words came after the pizza delivery driver requested a tip.

The male admitted to being verbal with delivery the driver, because the driver asked him to tip, and he does not believe in tipping someone that asks for it.

The resident denied lunging at him, and his wife reported they were standing 10 feet away from the driver.

The resident was told he was no longer welcomed to do business with Marcos, and was added to "No Trespass" list.
