On Friday, Feb. 14, former Wynford High School standout Grant McGuire’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 14, former Wynford High School standout Grant McGuire’s current college team, the Winthrop Eagles, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Merrimack Warriors.

The game took place at Winthrop Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Winthrop Ballpark against Merrimack Warriors.
