On Saturday, December 9, former Shelby High School standout, Sophia Niese’s current college team, the Ashland Eagles, won 70-62 in their NCAA D2 game against the Thomas More Saints.

The game took place in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. This was the first matchup against the Thomas More Saints this season.

The Ashland Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, December 16 at 1 p.m. in Ashland, Ohio.
