MISSING ADULT ALERT UPDATE

The attached images show the areas that teams have covered during our ground search efforts for Mr. Metcalf. Our focus in those areas was determined by his suspected last known direction of travel. They were hit hard with dogs, drones, aviation, divers, and boots on the ground. No evidence of Mr. Metcalf was found. 

The probability rings and percentages you see in those images are based on lost person case studies and his behavior just prior to walking away from home. As you can see in the third image, 95% of missing persons are found within an 8.1 mile radius of their home, when they leave on foot. That’s a lot of ground to cover. This is where we still need your help. 

If you live within this circle, walk your property and check all of your outbuildings for signs of Mr. Metcalf. If you frequent public property within this circle, keep your eyes open. He was last seen wearing a navy blue coat and blue jeans. If you find anything that you think may help us in our investigation, contact your local law enforcement agency or call our non-emergency dispatch line at 330-642-2100. 

If you have any information about Mr. Metcalf’s disappearance, we urge you to call local authorities. On the chance that Mr. Metcalf knows he has been reported missing, and is afraid to come back for any reason, call us. We can help him work through this.
