ROAD RAGE INCIDENT
According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, a cargo Van and a Semi were involved in a road rage incident where the semi driver was shot.
The incident took place in the Southbound lane of I-71, near Richland/Morrow County line around 6pm and remains under investigation.
The driver was transported to the hospital.
