Ashland Police Division Detective Kody Hying receives a Letter of Commendation for exceptional service.

Ashland Police Division releases pictures and statement on their Facebook page:

Detective Sergeant Curt Dorsey presented Detective Kody Hying the commendation on 12/13/2022.  Sergeant Dorsey noted that, over the course of sixteen months, Detective Hying has worked diligently on a number difficult narcotics investigations that he was able to tie into a pattern of corrupt activity.  These complex cases required great attention to detail, organization, strategic planning and hundreds of hours of work. 

Kody's commitment and dedication to impacting the availability of illegal drugs in our community is greatly appreciated.  Good work, Kody!
