The Loudonville Police Department Conducted a K-9 Drug Sniff at Loudonville High School
Sergeant Sean Gorrell, of the Loudonville Police Department said, “The Loudonville Police Department conducted a K-9 drug sniff at Loudonville High School yesterday morning.”
Sergeant Gorrell credited School Resource Officer Kick, for organizing the sniff and the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office with assisting them.
“We did not locate any illegal drugs/narcotics during the drug sniff.” Sergeant Gorrell went on to say, “We have not conducted a drug sniff, of the Loudonville High School, in multiple years. The Loudonville-Perrysville School District is very important to the Loudonville Police Department. We believe in being proactive to make the schools a safer place for everyone.”
“We would like to thank the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office K-9s and their handlers for helping us.” Sergeant Gorrell concluded, “We could not have done it without them! We would also like to thank all of the Loudonville High School Administration and Staff. They assisted us and the drug sniff went smoothly.”
