Two vehicle accident shut down US Route 42 at State Route 302
Ohio Highway Patrol, Ashland County Sheriff’s Office, Polk Fire Department & EMS, along with Sullivan EMS responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of US Route 42 at State Route 302.
Polk-Jackson EMS transported one person to Ohio Health Mansfield, emergency status, with Sullivan EMS transporting the other person to Ohio Health Mansfield.
US Route 42 at State Route 302 was shut down for a period of time until crews could clear the scene.
